渦輪盤是航天工業和能源工業采用拉削技術zui主要的產品。渦輪盤的直徑大小不一，盤中有放射狀分布的榫槽。此榫槽的加工精度、表面粗糙度都要求非常高，加工材料都是高溫合金，非常難以加工。因此，采用拉削是非常適應且較為經濟的—種方法。拉削渦輪盤可根據被加工零件的實際情況采用大小不同的臥式拉床，采用分刀多級加工，我們也可采用拉削加工中心，具備自動拉削功能（備配刀具庫）。

另外，我們也生產立式的拉削汽輪機葉片的拉床，葉片的拉削是一種非常典型的拉削過程，由于品種繁多，且表面粗糙度要求也高，我們生產各類立式、臥式低速拉床加工不同品種葉片。同時，更換夾具后，也可拉削渦輪盤榫槽。

側臥拉床特點：

采用電氣、機械驅動，平衡性更好，刀具壽命更長，粗糙度更好，行程大，主溜板上可一次裝夾總長為4000mm的拉刀，并可同時裝夾三排拉刀；工位數可根據需要增加；夾具可根據需要更換，便于拉削不同的品種。

Thus, broaching is suitable and economical different horizontal.
